Drama Queen with Attitude

I used PSP 9 but any PSP will work.
You must have a working knowledge of PSP to do this tut.

Plugin~Penta.com~colordot
Lets Begin with opening the template.
Resize to 100 %
Highlight top retangle
Expand,Modify 1
Selections Invert
Open Paper 18
copy and paste as new layer
delete,selections None.
Colordot~value 90
distance 5
Highlight Bottom retangle
Expand,Modify 1
Selections Invert
Open Paper 19
copy and paste as new layer
delete, selections none.
Open Paper 2
Highlight top Square
Expand,Modify 1
Selections Invert
delete.Grab your selection
tool, draw a square around
the top inner square,selections
modify 1, invert, add drop shadow to tube,
and copy and paste your tube
as shown.I resized my tube
to 73 %.selections none.
Resize your tube one
more time to 54%
and mirror image
place it to the left as shown.
Open bow 1
resize 25%
place to the right
of square, add drop shadow.
Open paperclip 6
resize 40%
place to the top right
of the retangle add
Drop shadow.
Open element tag
resize 50 %
Add Drop Shadow.
Open wordart 1
resize 30 %
place over the tag
add drop shadow.
Open Flowers 4 & 5
resize to 13
place pink one on
top of bow and grey one
on top of paperclip.
Add drop shadow to your template.
Add Name and CR Info

Tube of Choice ~Very Many (purchased at Pics for Design)
Template by Sue (Misfits Blog)
Plugin EyeCandy(Gradient Glow)
Plugin Penta.com(Jeans)&(Color Dot)
Lets begin by opening a New Image 700x700
Open Template and hit shift D to open a new image
Close the original template.
Highlight retangle in the middle of
template
Modify 1
Select Invert, Open paper 18 and paste as new layer
hit delete.Effects Penta.com, Jeans(amount 4)
While retangle is highlighted and Inverted,copy and
paste your tube, place it to the right, opacity 50.
Select none.
Highlight Mask/background in the back
Click delete.Not goingto use it.
Highlight left part of template, select all
modify 1, Invert,Open paper 20, paste as new layer
hit delete.
Effects,Plugin Eyecandy, GG.
Effects,Drop Shadow to your liking.
Now Highlight the one on the right side
and do the same as you did on the left.
Highlight All 4 Black Circles.
Choose a color from your tube
and Flood fill the circles.
Effects Penta,Color Dot(Value 60)
for each.
Underneath the black circles,
theres white ones, add a Dropshadow
to each one.
Now on to the elements.
Open WA Drama Queen and resize it
to 39 percent.Add Gradient Glow and
place it to the right top of your retangle as shown.
Open Flower 4,resize to 25 %.
Sharpen.Place them to top left
and bottom right as shown.
Open Buttons 4, resize to 25 %
Place under top left flower and bottom right
as shown.
Open Bird 6 resize to 39%
Place to the bottom right
flower as shown.
Now Add your tube
Place it where you want it.
You may add as many elements as you like.
Add CR info.
Name You Want. I used font Rufa.
And were done.

Open new Image 700x700
Open Cluster Frame Resize to 650 pixelsCopy/Paste as new layerAdd drop shadow
Grab Magic wand and click inside of cluster frameModify/Expand 1Invert.
Grab Magic wand and click inside of cluster frameModify/Expand 1Invert.
Open Paper 2 paste as new layer.
Open candle position in the middleof frame, no resizing.Add drop Shadow.
Copy/Paste tubeAdd Drop ShadowPosition her in the middle of the frame.
Open snowflake Drink,Resize to 150,sharpencopy/paste position to bottom left.Add drop Shadow.
Open Cupcake resize to 100 position to right of the drink,add drop shadow.
Open RibbonResize it 285 copy/pasteposition on top left of cluster frame.Add drop Shadow.
Open Snowflake 2 resize to 150copy/paste,duplicate 2 times and position them on the ribbon.EyeCandy 4000 (Gradient Glow) to the flakes,add drop shadow.
Open Tree 1 no resizingcopy/pasteposition to right add gradient glow add drop shadow.
Open gumdrop EyeCandy Glass,MMCopies "star cluster" send to bottom,duplicate and position top and bottom.
Open Bow 1 resize to 150.Position on top of tree.Add drop shadow.
Open Candy stick No resizing.Rotate with deform tool add drop shadow, duplicate mirror image and send both to bottom.Position one a little lower than the other to the left side.
Open present 1 and 2 resize both to 200 position around tree add drop shadow.
Open Sparkle resize it to 500 position in the middle add light blue drop shadow.
Add CR info and Name on tag.
And any other wording you want to use.
Font I used is Respective.
